Patait’s independent anthropological practice examines the evolving relationships between art, objects, labour, ritual, material culture, and systems of exchange across time and geography. Through long-term research, lived observation, archival study, and material engagement, his work undertakes forensic and contextual examination to better understand how societies construct meaning, preserve memory, negotiate identity, and assign value. His inquiry pays particular attention to transitions in craftsmanship, aesthetics, function, and human behaviour, studying what cultures choose to inherit, transform, celebrate, or neglect as systems of value evolve across generations.

Grounded in over a decade of anthropological research, Patait undertakes rigorous forensic and contextual examinations, engaging refined scholarship to assess and interpret significant modern and contemporary works across Fine Art, Sculpture, Installation, and Functional Art.  Pioneering advisory, appraisal, leasing, and fundraising, supported by trusted insurance and logistics partners to ensure stewardship, security, and seamless care. Through this integrated approach, we foster a lasting and nurturing ecosystem for art philanthropy, preservation, and responsible cultural patronage.
